Zach Boyer

Vice President of Investments

Zach Boyer is a Vice President in the Investments Team at Warwick Investment Group. In this role, he is actively involved in Warwick’s investment initiatives in the US and Europe including source, investment analysis, due diligence, execution and monitoring of the firm’s investments.

Zach’s experience spans operational, supply chain and financing roles. Zach has evaluated over $1B in real asset transactions across North America in addition to supporting, in an advisory position, over $2B in Energy and Energy Transition related transactions.

Prior to joining Warwick, Zach was a VP of Energy Investments at Siguler Guff, a multi-strategy private equity investment firm with over $15B in assets under management, and an investment banker at Guggenheim Securities in their Energy and Energy Transition advisory practice. While at Guggenheim, Zach supported the execution of various advisory and capital market transactions ranging from Upstream Energy related acquisitions to capital raising and formation of various Energy Transition related entities.

Zach started his career with Chevron supporting global upstream business units in various roles including Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. During his tenure, Zach was responsible for Chevron’s operations and construction-based supply chains totaling ~$250 million in annual spend across the Permian and other Mid-Continent regions.

Zach graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Information and Operations Management. Zach also graduated from The University of Texas with an MBA focused on Energy and Private Equity Investments.
