Jessica Godt is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Warwick Investment Group and is responsible for managing the fundraising processes and collateral for Warwick’s investment vehicles and strategies. In her role, Jessica oversees Warwick’s investor relations team, designs and aligns the organization around the fundraising strategies and ensures all investor requests and needs are met.
Prior to joining Warwick, Jessica spent a year at Adtalem Global Education working in their strategy and corporate development group focused on annual strategic planning and special projects for the enterprise and its various higher education institutions. Jessica worked with Adtalem’s five institutions to develop a three-year financial projection model for the enterprise and set goals for value creation.
Previously, Jessica spent four years at Lazard working in their Private Capital Advisory group where she advised and assisted fund managers on the process of raising third-party institutional capital. She helped to lead the successful fundraises of a variety of fund managers and investment strategies including first-time funds, real estate and sustainability.
She was responsible for identifying new market opportunities in middle-market private equity, with a focus on impact investing and emerging manager segments.
Jessica graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce focused on Finance and Management.
