Claire Richard Packer serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Warwick Investment Group.
She oversees investor relations, back office operations and cybersecurity at the firm, with specific focus on external partnerships and private equity fund management.
Claire began her career as an Associate Developer with Clean Line Energy, a Houston-based power transmission line developer. At Clean Line Energy, she developed the Plains & Eastern Clean Line, a 700-mile interstate transmission line designed to take underutilized renewable wind power generated in the Oklahoma Panhandle across three states to Tennessee.
Prior to joining Warwick, Claire was the Directory of Strategy and Operations for EveryoneOn, a Carlos Slim-backed entity focused on emerging market partnerships. At EveryoneOn, Claire was responsible for partnership development between major metropolitan areas and independent internet service providers.
Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Harvard College and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.
Claire is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and Leadership Oklahoma. She acts as an alumni interviewer for Harvard College and is a supporter of William & Mary College’s Masters in Accounting program and the International Honors Program. Claire is also a member of LOYAL OKC.
