Brian Blad serves as Chief Financial Officer of Warwick Investment Group. Brian has extensive knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, treasury and private equity fund management across many industries, including real estate and energy.
Brian began his career at Ernst & Young, working in both the audit and tax departments with a primary focus on real estate and energy clients. From 2008 to 2013, Brian served as the Financial Controller and Treasurer for a number of energy, oil field services and agriculture portfolio companies of the private equity firm Wexford Capital, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. In his role, he also assisted with the acquisition and management of a large portfolio of residential and commercial real estate properties.
Prior to joining Warwick, Brian was the Financial Controller for American Energy Partners, where he played a key role on the team responsible for developing and managing the accounting departments for each of the company’s platform entities.
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University.
Brian was named one of the 40 under 40 by Oil and Gas Investor in 2018. Brian is also a member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and the Natural Gas and Energy Association of Oklahoma and serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County.
