Andrew Chrysostomou

Senior Managing Director, UK

Andrew Chrysostomou is UK Senior Managing Director at Warwick Investment Group and is responsible for leading the London real estate team, including all aspects of the deal lifecycle from sourcing and vetting of investment opportunities to managing the due diligence process, conducting detailed financial modelling and monitoring investments post-acquisition.

Prior to joining Warwick, Andrew was Senior Managing Director at Christian Candy’s CPC Group, specializing in direct ground up developments, JV equity investments and principal lending. Andrew served on the investment committee for CPC Group and its related group companies. Previously, Andrew was Investment Director at Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (CAD 100 billion Canadian pension plan). Andrew was also a founding member of the Oxford Properties European team and was involved in three development partnerships with British Land, Brookfield and The Crown Estate, the acquisition of five Central London office investments and a large South Eastern England office park. Andrew began his career with the Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Finance team, where he arranged in excess of £3 billion of debt and equity for both office and retail investments projects across the UK.

Andrew graduated from Cass Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance. He is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
